Friendly and helpful staff, great value for money, clean and comfortable with character, beautiful room with a separate reading area, scenic views of fields and woods.

The staff were infomal and gave you all the info that was necessary including breakfast times which were not too early, and also asked for evening meal booking in the morning if required. the staff were there but did not intrude and made the stay very very relaxing and enjoyable.

no, this is not the place if you want to just rely on being served, yes the staff are attentive, but they are not there as a bar/pub, they want you to get out & about to enjoy the locality.

The owner and her reps were very pleasant and accomodating and it was a haven for our adventures into the Picos de Europa. I would highly recommend this posada.

We stayed at a hotel with a large chimney breast in the middle of the building but with no doors to separate the dining area from the living area. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered fresh fruit, Asturian cheeses, and homemade jams. the hotel owners were attentive and friendly giving recommendations on day trips and restaurants.
